  Cascade was phenomenal when my cat, Nyla, suddenly lost her vision. They got her in right away, and Dr. Jana Van Stee and the entire staff were attentive, professional, and thorough. During such a frightening experience, I was incredibly grateful to know Nyla was in good hands. Their pricing was affordable and transparent, which I especially appreciated during an unexpected emergency. They even scheduled a checkup for the next day at no charge. That level of follow-through meant so much. The facility is clean and easy to access from both the freeway and Highway 99. Thank you to Dr. Van Stee and everyone at Cascade for taking such wonderful care of Nyla. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

  They are the best!! Dr Hooker is AMAZING! I wish we could go here as a vet always. I would drive the 2hrs just to have this kind of setvice!

  I was extremely disappointed that we were charged for every single little thing. Things that other vets and doctors include in their exam or consultation fee. They included a $10.25 fee to dispose of "medical waste." It was never clear what medical waste they were disposing of. Our dog had an eye issue so maybe they wiped the eye with a piece of gauze and charged us $10.25 to throw it in a biohazard bag??? We couldn't even see a vet until we had paid the estimate of what the charges the tech could imagine might be needed. Outrageous! Unfortunately, the diagnosis we got at this place was wrong and our dog had to stop the treatment when he went to his regular vet a couple of days later. It ended up being a waste of over $300.

  The vet, techs and staff were all compassionate and great. However they are badly understaffed. I was there until after 4 AM for a scheduled 9:30 PM urgent care visit. I checked and they are owned by private equity firm KKR. Shame on ownership and management for understaffing and overworking the staff.

  Staff was rude from the get-go. This clinic will schedule you an appointment, make you wait for hours, then before your pet gets seen ask you to leave because "your pets vitals are fine" when they never even took his vitals in the first place. They then later called to say it was for a different reason than initially stated, then said it was based on his weight (which they DID NOT TAKE) which was extremely unprofessional. It is a 24/hr clinic, clients should be allowed to stay at least until their pet is actually seen. That dog had a tumor that had ruptured and has had internal bleeding and will now most likely not survive, if the dog had even been looked at he would have had a chance. Horrible service, don't take your animals here unless you want to be ignored.
