- BMBill Messer6 days ago5.0Had to bring my dog in for evaluation of a laceration on her head on a holiday weekend - I got lucky in that there was no wait - they saw her quickly offered me at least two treatment options - both of which were reasonable - and got her patched up and out the door. Total visit time was about 90 minutes. Staff were all friendly and efficient. They may be flying under the radar as the other emergency vet clinics in the area all had 3-6 hr waits - there was nothing about the service here to suggest they were not as good as the others for this kind of pet injury.

We were told the wait would be only an hour, sitting in the uncomfortable chairs, we had to track someone down to explain the delay. Also, be prepared to use the bathroom at home before arrival. Bathroom was dirty and empty of toilet paper. For an established that posts signs that state "Every Detail Matters", they seem to have forgotten basic needs of the costumers- a functional, clean, and usable toilet...especially when you are waiting for hours.
