- SWSarah Weaklend4 days ago5.0Our dog Bonnie was feeling very poorly with extreme tummy issues and lethargy. Cascade got us in quickly and took great care of us. By the end of the visit, Bonnie was feeling much better after some fluids and tests. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend for any vet needs.

After a botched uresthrotomy surgery from our long time vet, my EB was left suffering with a chronic UTI and stones he couldn’t pass. We finally got referred to CVRC and our EB got the care he urgently needed! Almost 2mo post op he’s back to himself.
- DCDanielle Frankel ChoiMay 1, 20265.0They saved our dog's life!! Stabilized her during a true emergency and got her a life changing diagnosis (Addison's disease). We never had to transfer her out, they took care of everything in house and had all kinds of specialists available over the course of a few days. One of the doctors had worked at DoveLewis, famous for being the first emergency pet hospital in the US. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of care our baby received here as well as the compassion of the staff. Payment discussions were always transparent and up front and they were so patient with me when I was distressed and always calling for updates. Hopefully a crisis like this never happens to our family again but if it does, I know where to go. If you're still reading: get pet insurance. Pets Best kept us out of debt and let us and the CVRC team make the best quality of life decisions for our dog (i.e. whether to give expensive pain medication) without being terrified of bankruptcy. Thank you for all you do, CVRC team, you guys are heroes!
- CLChristina LynchApr 30, 20265.0Our cat Ivan has been struggling with a health issue for a few months now. We have had him in another emergency vet hospital as well as taken him to our regular vet. Unfortunately, none of those places gave him a diagnosis. We were so frustrated. But, after some bloodwork came back from our vet showing that he was seriously ill we frantically searched around for somewhere to take him. We landed at Cascade and the experience was fantastic. He finally got a diagnosis, and they took their time in explaining things to us and helped us to get started on his care plan. We are so grateful to Cascade and thank them for finally giving our guy a diagnosis and help to get to feeling better! 😻
