- ARAshua Rose3 days ago3.0Roberto and Caillie have the best customer service and are always so extremely helpful. There is another employee that works there also that has great customer service but I unfortunately can’t remember his name. I’ve gone into petco frequently and most all other staff have forgotten the art of customer service and are scarce to find. However if Callie or Roberto are working I know I will be able to have all my questions answered and swift help. Idk if they get any types of incentives for being mentioned at store 1228 but those two employees should be recognized as holding the customer service standard to what petco once held at the Dalles store. The other employees low customer interaction and customer service is so bad that if I am going in there when Roberto or Callie aren’t there I am guaranteed to have to figure things out on my own, wait in line for over 20+ mins without the person at the register calling for back up. If I need assistance in the fish department I will usually be waiting 20-30 mins for assistance to arrive. For what it’s worth I hope these two employees are given raises or some type of incentive for being real leaders in the store and maintaining the customer service petco once strived to give it customers.
