- EIEd (ibmakinstuff)Sep 30, 20265.0Our Vet, Karyn, is awesome. She truly cares for the animals. The staff was very attentive, and took care of us very well.
- KSKatie ShadlowSep 17, 20261.0I loved this clinic until I came across Dr. Victoria LaPoint. She left my cat in a kennel in the back room alone while I waited for her in the exam room for nearly 40 minutes. When I asked where my cat was, she said she was fine. No apology, no explanation. She interrupted me multiple times, and treated me like I wasn't doing enough for my cat, who has an allergy I have gone to the vet nearly every 3 weeks for. I completely avoid this location now, because of her.
- DGDani GarberSep 11, 20261.0Very unprofessional pricing, they kept giving me super high prices for my cats procedure and when i asked why the price is so high they would try to break it down and end up saying “ oops! I accidentally added something “ which would then lower it more than a $150 dollars twice.( my girlfriend went to pay final bill and the lady said $360 and another lady said no, it’s $192. HOW?! 3 times ! I feel they took advantage of me. not sure if the workers get bonuses for up charging but it seems they tried to squeeze every penny they could. Ask for a break down! They will overcharge you with a smile on their face.
- ABAaron BastianSep 1, 20263.0Closed with no notice and no recourse for getting prescription medication. I understand not being able to find a vet for the day. But update your phone message, or post it online, or even let the Petco you are inside of know, so that when I call them after trying you for an hour, they aren't just as confused as I am. Ridiculous, and it took another hour of online chat and calling another location to find out why you're not open. 3 stars for great staff, but a serious pain to get prescriptions updated or moved.
- BGBrenda GarbuttAug 14, 20265.0Customer service is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
