    The experience with Petco grooming on Center st was a complete waste of time. They scheduled a time to groom our small new dog that's appropriately 4 months old. They were aware of what we needed for our dog. They gave us a price the day before the appointment. 45 minutes prior to the grooming appointment the manager of the grooming department started asking us different questions on the shots our dog has had. We brought our dog into Petco and spent $200 for the shots for our puppy. Long story short the grooming manager wouldn't do the grooming because the puppy didn't have her rabbits shots. So apparently the vet dept that did the shots can't release info on our dog to the grooming dept. They are in the same location. Nothing was said prior to the grooming manager wasting a portion of our day. No specific questions were ask on this situation the day prior. I recommend going to a grooming business that's more organized. The manager could of cared less about my concerns and talked over me.

    I dropped of my dog at 1:00 for a 1:15 appt, at 4:45 I went back to the shop because I hadnt been called. my dog and mt friends dog were both on the table, mine unattended. whilei waited until after 5 fir him to finish. I ask a man when he dropped his appt was as he was leaving with his dog. he told me 3:00. I asked for a 3-4 trim with a teddy bear face. and trim his tail. they curt him super short, removed his beard and whiskers. i am not happy before and after photos
