- JUJaylene UnickJul 12, 20262.0Brought 2 Maltese in for bath and cuts. Noted they had some matting, asked to keep one as long as possible and ok’d puppy cut on other. When I picked up puppy cut looked good, I was charged for matting, understandable. But when I got home and put down the long haired r pup, she had been shaved, all her tail, whole rear end and under carriage. She has razor burn and nicks. She had diarrhea for 3 days. She walks 3 feet then quickly sits, because hurts. It hurt my heart to see her this way! Furious and top off I was not charged a matting fee, no just shaved her! I wasn’t even consulted. Two different groomers, 2 different work ethics. Never returning!
- KSKonner SoderbergJul 7, 20265.0Our experience with the staff over the years has been hit or miss since we’ve been bringing our girls here, but Riley is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend him, especially for any dog that wrestles with anxiety. Our dog Millie HATES getting her nails trimmed, and Riley was willing to take the time to work with her and have patience. Each time it got a just a little bit better with her and I fully believe that was because of her experience with Riley. Both our girls we were well taken care of by him and if we weren’t moving they would still be coming!
