- GPG PeaceJun 27, 20261.0By far the worst customer service I have experienced at any pet store. The supposed aquatic specialist is rude as hell and doesn’t seem to care if they make any sales. Sucks that the only places available for fish in Salem are the big box stores. I would pay more and go to a small shop any day of the week. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. I’ll order fish and supplies online.

Although 8 out of 10 times that I buy crickets the employees will either audibly sigh, look inconvenienced or are rude about having to get me the crickets I'm trying to buy. I never buy more than a dozen at a time. Definitely something management should look into. I have since started to buy crickets elsewhere but I still use this store for their wide selection of pet goods.
