My appointment for some reason didn’t go through online but I was able to be seen after a little wait. Once it was my turn the vet tech was quick and gentle. Cost was definitely affordable only got one vaccine. They didn’t try and upsell a million different services either. Great experience will be bringing my cat back next year for his next vaccine.

Very friendly customer service, also great with my dog and other pets I witnessed them treating. The stuff were gentle with my dog and commented on how well mannered he is and told him he was a very handsome and good boy. I will most certainly use Vetco again in the future.

Roseburg Vetco: Lousy appointment app, scheduling both new client intake and returning customers in 5 minute intervals. I met my appointment—even showed early as instructed—only to stand in line for 25 minutes before leaving for another appointment.
