  I appreciate the excellent job Jody and her assistant(s) do in grooming my OES Sophie Mae. They are very friendly and professional. Sophie Mae always looks great when I pick her up. I highly recommend Petco for your pets grooming needs.

  Under staffed, no one at register when we arrived there to purchase. Had to wait for employee to stop restocking and run to help. He was great from therre.

  Want to make a shout out to the lady Kara that was working up front today, she was absolutely amazing and helped me look up the cats food from last time I was in.. she was very helpful and her customer service is on point, she needs a raise for sure.

  I would like to give a huge five stars to the manager in Redmond, Oregon. .y 3 tailed black gold fish named molly had slime on its nose. Her color turned from black to a sickly gold. She was swimming upside down. Her companion hatchet, I rescued from its ending (he didnt have back fin) was in love with Molly and stayed right by her side was concerned I could see. Kiera told me to put a cooked pea in the water. I prayed. I woke up and Molly's color came back and Her faithful companion was racing around her as they swam happily. What a relief.. whew 😅 Thank you Kiera, Love ❤️ Tami, Molly and Hatchet!!

  I am horrified by the torture of frogs and toads by this store. It is entirely inhumane and unethical to keep frogs and toads in a 16oz tupperware the size of a salsa container. Home range size for a dart frog in the wild is the size of a small house (650square feet), for an American toad is over 7,000sf, for box turtles over 21,000sf, for bearded dragons over 3,000sf, for chinchillas over 20,000sf, for guinea pigs over 10,000sf, for ferrets over 5,000,000sf, for finches over 20,000,000sf, for cockatiels over 51,000,000sf, for parrots over 600,000,000sf. Stop torturing these animals! they are conscious, they suffer as proven by scientific research, and have a right to be wild and interact with their own species.
