What a hassle! Went to update my dog's Bordetella vaccine. That went fine. Exam was ok. Vet specifically asked me about the kind of flea meds I preferred. She wrote the prescription for the wrong med. All your pets records are emailed to you. I spent forever on a call with someone from the clinic to ask about sending me out a corrected Prescription. Never received it! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Won't be back, EVER!!!

Drove 1-1/2 hours, 70 miles to be told that they wouldn't do the vaccines until we'd had him a week. Nothing stating that on their site when we SCHEDULED this appointment, since we have such a long drive. If you're getting vaccines for a new dog, don't be honest and make sure you lie and tell them you've had the animal for at least two weeks.
