  Found what I needed and the clerk was very helpful. I will definitely continue to shop at this location. Addie of course loves it there, all the toys and treats.

  The guy behind the counter wasn’t familiar with any of the products I asked him information about. I was looking g at different calming treats for puppies and he kept suggesting completely different products than what I was asking him about. He tried to get me to buy a calming collar and a defuser when all I wanted information about was the calming treats. Once I told him multiple times I was not interested in those products and I decided I was going to get some calming treats that were 44 dollars I went up to the register. The same guy rung up my items and charged me for the calming treats but never even put them in the bag. I made it home across Portland and discovered they were not in the bag. I called the store and was beginning to tell my story and the guy on the phone kept cutting me off saying he didn’t need my story and he would just refund it. I said sir I’m trying to tell you what happened. He cut me off again. I said can I please speak to a supervisor. He sighed and said with a loud tone, I am the supervisor. I said well sir you do t act really professional cutting me off and not letting g you know what the situation was. He again said I don’t need to know your situation. I was not expecting him to be so unprofessional I didn’t even know how to respond so I told him I was calling corporate. He said call them I do t care. I hung up the phone

  If you have any choice, don't go here. Unfriendly staff. I wanted to wash my 2 dogs but they wouldn't allow them to be done at the same time and had no location to leave the second dog (it was hot outside). I will not return.
