  I paid $78 for nail trims for two dogs. I initially also booked an ear cleaning for one dog which was prepaid. I forgot i booked the ear cleaning when i went in for the nail trims (which went well!) but then saw the charge on my bank statement, called back to get a refund and they told me that the groomer did clean my dogs ears, when they absolutely did not. They also said that they wanted to know “why it was that I thought it hadn’t been done.” It’s actually kinda wild. I’m not really too concerned about the money, more about the weird gaslighting. Like are ya’ll ok? Good luck ! Maybe check your cameras idk.

  Great experience with Paige! It was our first time taking Gizmo to the groomers and he did great, and came back a changed man! She made sure he was set for the summer, explained everything she did and what would help him brush wise, and was super kind and helpful. We'll definitely come back for future grooms and explore the daycare option too for him!

  5 stars is not enough for this amazing daycare. Our dogs were boarding with them this week, while we were out of town. Our dog Bailey started developing very concerning symptoms straining to pee, and vomiting. Their staff noticed this immediately and contacted me right away. The owner personally took Bailey to the emergency vet. Turns out Bailey had multiple bladder stones, including an obstruction and this was an emergency situation. I am SO THANKFUL for the staff at Rose City Dogs for paying such close attention to our dogs and taking her in right away, very likely saving her life. My dogs love this daycare!!

  Page was fantastic! I'd been having a challenging time getting my dogs nails trimmed. She's the sweetest, most lovable dog but when you tried to touch her nails, lord help us! Page was confident, calming and had my dogs nails trimmed within minutes! Highly recommend!
