The store Representativ, who assisted me went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were met! The first attempt didn’t go through, so we tried a second approach which worked perfectly. I wish I could find this kind of customer service everywhere I shop. I think you should promote this particular store representative to precedent of the company.

I asked about advice on a shampoo that treated itchy skin on dogs and was rewarded with a wonderful customer service rep who gave me all the information I needed and suggest even suggested a home remedy for My dog's meals to stop her from itching through her gut health. I appreciate all the advice very much

The staff was very pleasant and helpful with my purchase, they seemed to know the products and made great recommendations.

Sent my husband in to get Calming Care cat supplements. The item is stored behind the register in plastic totes with the Feliway products, visible from the check out lane. Cashier repeatedly told my husband it was on the sales floor, despite him looking right at the product behind the register. When he questioned it and tried to say where it was, she told him if it wasn't on the floor they didn't have it and "frequently sold out". He was looking right at it. Cashier didn't want to help, couldn't be bothered. He walked out and ended up going to a different Petco. This location is closest to us, but the customer service is honestly atrocious. Not the first time we've had issues in this location. A couple weeks ago I bought a few bags of dog food, realized they had holes and were just placed back on the shelf. When I told the cashier and asked to grab food bags that didn't have holes, she requested I put them back on the shelf for her and "she'd deal with it later" and was very dismissive and looked like she couldn't be bothered. This is the common experience we get in this Petco. The workers look miserable and like they want to be anywhere but there. I get retail sucks, but if you don't want to come to work, don't. There are other people who would appreciate the paycheck more than the people working at this location.
