  Colin is an incredible groomer! I’ll never take my dog anywhere else. He has formed a great relationship with my pup and even though my dog is always nervous to go in, he does a great job of making her calm and relaxed. He has a great attention to detail and my pup always comes out smelling and looking fresh! Thanks, Colin! See ya next time!!!

  Petco is generally Petco, but this location has some great staff members who are thoughtful and engaging with their customers. We received help finding some specialty items and some insights on our pet's needs that we had not considered. I highly recommend this location for your pet needs!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Petco has a partnership with 24PetWatch. I was given 5 $25 Petco coupons for registering our pets with 24PetWatch. The first coupon I used worked fine. On the second visit a week later I tried using the second coupon and was told it expired (despite the expiration date being a few weeks away). 24PetWatch reissued the coupons with an even later expiration date but they still didn’t work. 24PetWatch said the issue is on Petco’s end. The manager at Petco on 6/11 at 3:15PM was beyond rude and unhelpful. Told me there’s nothing he can do (despite PetWatch informing me other customers experiencing a similar issue were able to use their coupons when manually entered). The manager refused to make any effort to help personally and said customer service was my only option. I will be canceling my Vital Rewards membership with Petco and won’t shop here again, entirely because of the manager’s behavior.

  Took my pup here to get groomed they did an amazing job!! the kid helping us was so sweet and respectful definitely knew what he was doing and gave me great advice to keep my guy fresh.
