Some of the vets are fabulous. But some are overwhelmed and not so friendly to your pets. I do like I can call and get help, I can schedule a mini emergency appointment rapidly and most of that is covered in the costs. But I wish I could occasionally see those fantastic vet I saw last time.

This is the worst Banfield I've ever been to, and I've been to offices all over the country. The receptionist is specifically one of the worst customer service employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Has multiple times hung up on me while I'm trying to speak because she needed to place me on hold, rather than hearing out what I wanted to say - which was a question on my dog who was just attacked and was bleeding. This hospital only does the bare minimum. They are all too eager to say “go to the ER” before even ascertaining the details of the situation at hand. The Belmont location told me that this location had openings this afternoon, but the rude and unhelpful receptionist would not even hear the details of what I was calling about - because it involved ingestion of pieces of a blanket. The last time my dog did this, the Banfield in Uptown, Seattle, was SUPER helpful, kind, and caring. They told me to bring him in so they could try to avoid the potential for a $10k ER hospital visit by having him throw up, which they did. He threw up most of it and passed the rest. So I know for a fact that the way they run these locations is entirely up to people in charge of them individually. The receptionist - who is not a Vet nor holds any veterinary licenses - did not ask how big my dog was, how much he ate, when he ate it, if this has ever happened before, ANYTHING, before interrupting me and saying I need to go to the ER. In fact, the Urgent Vet with whom I now have an appointment with at 2:30pm told me there is *no time concern* because it’s fabric and not a poison. I would’ve much rather seen MY PRIMARY VET HOSPITAL than an Urgent Vet, because that’s what people want out of their Vet - someone who treats them like their primary doctor would. I’m going to notify corporate, look into legal action against these providers, and I’m cancelling my wellness plan, and never using Banfield again. This receptionist has no business being customer-facing.

I've been taking my cat here for over 8 years and he's on one of the Wellness plans which I find super helpful for keeping up with his blood work, teeth cleanings, and overall health checkups! The staff and team are super friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about your pet's well-being. I've sometimes had to wait a long time for in-room visits, but that's understandable since emergencies and unexpected delays happen. Definitely recommend this location

I came in today with my two crazy kitties and I have to leave 5 stars just for the vet tech I had. I didn’t catch her name but she was genuinely heaven sent. I don’t know your name girl but you are an angel. She gave some of best customer service of my life and she just went above and beyond for me and my spazzy kitty. She was so thoughtful and patient and kind and she deserves a huge raise and maybe an award. I appreciate you so much girl!!!

I have tried numerous times to call and schedule appt or get my pets allergy food. Unfortunately they never answer. It always just rings. This is the closest location to our house and we are forced to go to a different one due to this issue. Suggest Belmont location as they’re super kind and responsive!
