They never pick up the phone and when they do, they can barely help you. When you go in in person, they give you a hard time and they’re not able to help you with anything. I will never go back to this place

She kept repeating “well, i shouldn’t have to do that” in an irritated tone and kept arguing against what the tech person had told me. I’m in the middle and not sure what to do, but she just got irritated and refused to talk to me and hung up on me. I’ll never go back there. It was a young female. I hope she’s better with animals because she’s horrible with people.

They cared about my dog so much, I didn’t feel like I was just a number to them.. honestly I don’t remember the last time a vet sat down and took their time with something. I’m definitely going to make this place Gigi’s main vet! I walked in & they made sure Gigi was taken care of. Dr. Brandt is so awesome & so is the receptionist. The cost of things can be so incredibly overwhelming, so thank you Banfield for helping me & Gigi!🥰 Oh, & no one has ever been able to open Gigi’s mouth, she always clenches her jaw so tight no one can look in. Dr. Brandt was able to find a way & made sure to put it in her charts so the staff in the future know what to do! lol Thanks again.🥹 Gigi seemed to love this place a lot more than others as well.🐶✨💖

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
