  The staff members across the board throughout the year I've been the human companion of a cat That has been a patient, through the promotions pulling me in, has created an attachment discovered and gladly kept due to their professionalism, caring of individual needs and really trying to help finagle the situation to be pocketbook beneficial and not trying to squeeze out a profits by unnecessary means, they are reputable to a degree of doing so however my experience completely contradicts that and they offer wellness plans for preventive maintenance that really pay out and are surprising to me to exist because in the long run you save so much and your peace of mind is completely satisfied which when it comes into play it is 100% a blessing because of all the unfortunate circumstances that once you're in it with the services they provide, I can't vouch enough for their existence and how they help the animals and the people who love them not to mention their customer service in the main office astounds me and they truly have proven themselves to be of the utmost choice companies to be involved with when it comes to your four-legged children that carry a part of your heart inside. I'm overwhelmed and pleased with the performance and the core ethics that contribute to the better of good in all the aspects of animal Care which is a lot to be said for so many different facets of so many different type animals including the humans involved that they care for medically and personably, they truly are a breath of fresh air and I am grateful as it can be to have stumbled upon in being involved By giving my business, I 100% gladly support.

  Stay away from this Clinic at all cost. The front desk staff is extremely incompetent disorganized and rude. They never pick up the phone and when they do, they can barely help you. When you go in in person, they give you a hard time and they’re not able to help you with anything. I will never go back to this place

  Was really disappointed that one customer service person got frustrated that I didn’t understand something. She kept repeating “well, i shouldn’t have to do that” in an irritated tone and kept arguing against what the tech person had told me. I’m in the middle and not sure what to do, but she just got irritated and refused to talk to me and hung up on me. I’ll never go back there. It was a young female. I hope she’s better with animals because she’s horrible with people.
