  Magnificent staff that went above and beyond to make our anxious and reactive dog feel calm and safe in their space. Worked with me to give him the best chance at success, and personally put me at ease reassuring me that his anxiety was reasonable and managed. Dr Gravens in particular has been fantastic, but everyone here is great.

  It definitely feels that things are over diagnosed and done. My dog had her teeth cleaned and was told she needed a tooth pulled. When the tooth was pulled the tooth was left. Not only was a tooth that was showing no signs of infection pulled but harm was caused by leaving the root intact. Antibiotics and a soft diet was needed

  Never take your dog here!!! It took 10 months and literally thousands of dollars to find out if my dog had Cushing’s Disease after Banfield kept trying to stall time doing blood tests every week for no reason. Even before this issue, in the past they gave me medicine that was at the dosage of a Great Dane when I have a terrier mix, and it could have killed her. They also gave me flea medicine saying to give it to my dog by having her ingest them. All these things would have ended my dog’s life years ago if I wasn’t as carful as I was. Even if your dog dies you still have to pay their insane wellness plans. They will tell you something different every time you come in when you bring up the same issue. They will always try to get more money out of you and scare you into paying unnecessary expensive tests. I blame Banfield for the loss my precious dog that I will never be able to get back, all those years I could’ve had with my beloved dog was taken away by Banfield. I can’t belive a vet hospital can be as cruel as this and still open. If your pet goes here, please switch vets before it’s too late, I deeply regret not doing this as it could’ve saved my precious dog.
