This visit came directly after I spent over $3,000 at the emergency facility they specifically referred me to. The veterinarian was kind and capable, but the administrative handling at the front desk was heartless. The office manager knew the critical severity of my dog’s condition. They knew he would not survive without these medications. They knew the referral had completely depleted my resources, and I was entirely transparent from the second I walked in that I had exhausted my funds. Despite knowing all of this, they refused to release the life-saving prescription over an unpaid $69.99 exam fee. My dog suffered a fatal cardiac event because he could not get the medication he needed to stay alive. A pet’s life was reduced to a seventy-dollar gatekeeper fee—money I would have had if I hadn’t followed their initial recommendation. When a clinic chooses seventy dollars over a dying animal’s life, it isn't standard policy; it is a profound failure of basic veterinary ethics and human empathy.

The tech was so caring for my cat and the Doctor got right down on floor level because my cat was very anxious. They were very Loving and professional. I plan on coming back for follow up care.
