  Wonderful experience with Dr. Hogan! No pet left behind Paid for my visit when I did not have the money. My dog has a cancerous tumor that I plan to remove soon. I will definitely go back.

  I wasn’t going to respond, but I can’t stay silent if other pet owners might make the same mistakes I did. About a month ago, I posted a review about how my HEALTHY ESA cat was killed due to veterinary negligence. They replied, implying it was my fault because I “declined veterinary recommendations.” I took my cat in for a blood test and made it clear money wasn’t an issue—I wanted the best care. Yet, I was talked out of the blood test that day. The vet’s recommendation (from Jocelyn Hogan) was to do the blood test two weeks later during her oral procedure, but that same day she gave my cat a lethal injection instead. I returned the next day, worried about my cat’s condition. Cassie Ho reassured me multiple times that my cat was fine and told me to go home. Again, no blood test. My sweet cat passed away five days later, before the blood test could happen. When I told “Dr.” Oliver that the injection killed my cat, she said my 10-year-old healthy cat was “just too old.” If you think indoor cats only live 10 years, maybe being a vet isn’t for you. At no point did I decline treatment; otherwise, I would’ve had to sign an “Against Medical Advice” waiver, which I never did. The lack of accountability or apology shows this place isn’t fit to care for someone’s beloved pet. This experience taught me a lot: never trust someone just because they have a degree, and always record vet visits— just because they’re “professionals” doesn’t mean they won’t create a false narrative during your hardest grief.

  My cat needed a dental. I moved to the area recently and this clinic was accepting new clients. I had heard good things from reputable people (I am in the veterinary field). I was required make an appointment prior to the dental appointment. I was required to prepay for that appointment. I live an hour away. I arrived late and was told they wouldn't see me since I was late. I offered to wait as long as necessary for a convenient space so they could squeeze me in, especially because my cat was not fond of the 1 hour car ride to get there. I'm in the field and I know that this should have been a quick health exam/estimate visit (most places do this with less than 15 min of doctor time). They still refused to see me despite my offer to wait. I expect since they already had my money they didn't care about offering good service. I was expecting to pay over $1000 for a dental for my cat. Because of the gatekeeping at the front desk I spent my money elsewhere. Friendly front staff and flexibility are important to me in the veterinary field. I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back since I didn't get what I had paid for.

  My dog had an abscess on his lower jaw, but he had lanced it a couple of days before we came in for his appointment. The Dr. Was wonderful. He absolutey loved her and didn't mind the checkup. Reassured me that it shouldn't be a problem and should continue to heal on it own.... wonderful staff.

  DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON. i took my ESA cat in for a minor dental issue back in april. “dr.” jocelyn hogan gave my cat the covina injection as an antibiotic until her upcoming dental procedure. my cats organs immediately started shutting down. i brought my cat back in the next day because i was worried and i was sent home by “dr.” cassie ho and told my cat would be fine. 3 days later i brought her back in because she couldn’t stand anymore and “dr.” oliver made me put her down and rushed me through it. i told “dr.” oliver that my cat only started acting like this after the injectable but she tried to gaslight me that my 10 year old cat was old and randomly lost a battle to kidney failure that she never had before. after a little bit of research and a quick google search, the covina injectable is known for doing this to healthy animals. YOU NEED A BLOOD TEST TO SEE IF THE ANIMAL IS COMPATIBLE BEFORE GIVING THEM A DEATH SENTENCE. there is no words to describe how much my cat meant to me. there are no words to describe how heart broken i am. it’s been 2 months and this is the first time ive been able to hold myself together enough to leave a review. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER.
