I’m a little surprised we don’t earn more points with the reward program as we buy all our pet food & supplies there. We’ve not used the grooming or vet services.

I bought my pets which is parakeet after they said how amazing it would be but when I bought home I feel like they were lying to me about it will cuddle and needy - none of that. It bites me and becomes aggressive after a month’s passing the return date. I come back to know more information about pets and I somehow talk into buying 700$ conure, staff was so excited so friendly but when I returned it because it wasn’t a good fit the manager didn’t even look at me in the eyes
