  How do you all book someone for a 4pm grooming and they arrive and you say the groomer just took a lunch break. So you had me show up on time, to leave my dog on a cage for 30-40 minutes so you can take a break! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! Booked with Juanita and she wasn’t even there. DO BETTER! Not only are you all more expensive than local groomers you can’t even show up and be on time! I would never spend $1 here. That is ridiculous.

  I'm really happy with Petco! The employees are wonderful as is the manager. I'm getting old and they always help me to scoop litter which can be a chore for me. They even carry it to the car, as well as heavy kibble bags. Always nice and friendly. I highly recommend Petco to anyone needing pet supplies of any kind.

  We had an excellent experience at Vetco in Medford during a recent visit for routine vaccinations. The entire appointment was smooth and well-organized, and we truly appreciated the calm, welcoming environment. Elena and Dr. Bridges provided outstanding care. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine compassion for our pets were evident throughout the visit. It was clear that our animals were in capable and caring hands. We would also like to recognize Robin, the groomer, who has been caring for our large-breed dogs for the past couple of years. Her consistency, skill, and patience have made a lasting impression, and we value the trust we’ve built with her. In contrast to some other veterinary experiences, we especially appreciated the absence of any pressure to purchase additional services. The focus here was entirely on providing honest, high-quality care, which we found both refreshing and reassuring. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the level of service and care provided. We highly recommend this team to anyone seeking compassionate and professional veterinary services.

  I had the best experience at this Petco with the help of team member Lyssa (I think I'm spelling that right; I even asked but I'm dreadful with names.) Lyssa helped me and my partner pick all the best supplies for our new family member, Gandalf (a Betta fish), who is doing great. Lyssa helped us pick the right filter (got that sponge filter, and I love it!), pick the right food, pick the right plants, and literally every moving piece for a healthy tank! We were so grateful for all the advice and time given to us. Thank you again, Lyssa, you rock! :)
