The lady who checked us in and the vet assistant were amazing. The problem was with the vet. She was curt and made several rude comments about both I and the dog. We let her know the dog was a rescue and afraid, but she was rough with her. She scared her multiple times and did not treat her well. We always go to you for their vaccines but if it is the same vet next time I will be walking out.

It would be more helpful if you could send the rabies certificate directly to us instead of in his records. I had to save it and then send to Homeward Bound in McMinnville.
