- PRpaige rolen1 day ago2.0As I was paying for my dogs grooming appoitment, the cashier, Amy, was incredibly rude. After I agreed to set up a perks membership, she yelled at me multiple times and told me I was "driving her crazy". She also yelled at me to not move, making me uncomfortable. While the groomers did an amazing job with my dog, the costumer service from the cashier was awful.

It seems like there is only two or three associates on the floor at a time, all of whom are already helping another customer. And the layout keeps changing weekly, so im never able to find the item's that I regularly buy without help from an associate.

Cashier was too busy playing a game of some sort in his personal phone to even have a real interaction with. Don’t shop there often for similar reasons. Was hoping things had changed but they have not.
