  Teníamos cita a las 5, nos hicieron esperar media hora sin atendernos aparte de eso la chica que se encargo de mi perro tenia una vibra tan pesada que mi perrito se escondía al verla, la doctora si fue todo un amor muy atenta, pero la enfermera nada que ver nada mas para evitar situaciones asi de pesadas o tristes a las mascotas no lo recomendaría para nada! Nos cobraron por una vacuna y de verdad no veo resultado en ello. Que triste me sentí para ser mi primera experiencia 😪 🥺😔

  I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to the amazing team who took care of my dog, Choco! From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for, and in good hands. A special thank-you to Dr. Dana Tsuchida for providing such wonderful care to Choco and for making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. I’m also very grateful to Nurse Serenity Miles for assisting the doctor and helping ensure Choco received the attention and care he deserved. I’d also like to recognize Nurse Liam Gleason, who checked us in and out and made the experience even more special by giving Choco a cute Banfield bandana! It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought an extra smile to our visit. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about the pets they treat and the people who love them. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our experience. It means so much to have a veterinary team that treats your furry family member with such compassion. Thank you, Dr. Dana Tsuchida, Serenity Miles, and Liam Gleason, for taking such great care of our sweet Choco! You all deserve recognition for the wonderful work you do.   Late for the appointment. Left in a waiting room for a ridiculous amount of time. Not worth the effort going here. Look elsewhere for better service

  I have the benfield prescription for i/d dog food issued in CA (we are traveling with dog), but dr. Wait from this particular location refused to sell it to me. Again the prescription is from the benfield hospital and I wanted to get prescribed food from the benfield hospital... This doctor referred to some Oregon law which requires to bring dog to this location for examination... Very ridiculous! And note, just next door PetSmart sold such food with this prescription without any problems. Do they have any points to behave like that?

  ★☆☆☆☆ 12 Years of Loyalty, Zero Compassion for a 16-Year-Old Dog After supporting Banfield with monthly wellness plans for over 12 years, I am done. This clinic has proven they care far more about immediate payment processing than the life and comfort of a suffering animal. Following a card change due to fraud, staff updated our cats' plan but neglected to update our dog's. Our dog is almost 16 years old and battles Cushing’s disease, which triggers severe, agonizing anxiety. Every second in a car is pure distress for him. I scheduled an appointment because he was struggling, and Banfield assured us everything was ready. After dragging my terrified, elderly dog through the ordeal of the drive and waiting 15 minutes in the clinic, a receptionist coldly informed me the payment didn't go through—because of their failure to update his file. Because I didn't have the card on me, I was given an heartless ultimatum: pay on the spot or get out. Zero empathy. Zero accountability for their error. Zero regard for a nearly 16-year-old dog in clear distress. I had to load my panicked, sick senior dog back into the car for an agonizing, completely wasted trip home. Banfield stripped away every ounce of humanity in favor of cold policy. Disgraceful service from a place that claims to care about pets.
