  ★☆☆☆☆ 12 Years of Loyalty, Zero Compassion for a 16-Year-Old Dog After supporting Banfield with monthly wellness plans for over 12 years, I am done. This clinic has proven they care far more about immediate payment processing than the life and comfort of a suffering animal. Following a card change due to fraud, staff updated our cats' plan but neglected to update our dog's. Our dog is almost 16 years old and battles Cushing’s disease, which triggers severe, agonizing anxiety. Every second in a car is pure distress for him. I scheduled an appointment because he was struggling, and Banfield assured us everything was ready. After dragging my terrified, elderly dog through the ordeal of the drive and waiting 15 minutes in the clinic, a receptionist coldly informed me the payment didn't go through—because of their failure to update his file. Because I didn't have the card on me, I was given an heartless ultimatum: pay on the spot or get out. Zero empathy. Zero accountability for their error. Zero regard for a nearly 16-year-old dog in clear distress. I had to load my panicked, sick senior dog back into the car for an agonizing, completely wasted trip home. Banfield stripped away every ounce of humanity in favor of cold policy. Disgraceful service from a place that claims to care about pets.

  Wish my dogs didn't have to wait all day to be seen when they have an appointment in tbr morning. I get that emergencies come up and take peiority, but it is every time they are seen. Should book fewer comprehensive exams each day or hire priority, (though the good ones keep leaving so it might be a bigger issue). Also, it is impossible to get them to ship meds to you (lack of training, nobody knows their system). Will be looking for a local vet as soon as my plans are up.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful I am to Dr. White and the entire team at Banfield Pet Hospital for the incredible care they gave my sweet dog, Birdie. From the very beginning, Dr. White treated Birdie as if she were his own. His kindness, compassion, and genuine concern made such a difficult time so much easier to get through. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and never made me feel rushed. It was obvious that Birdie's health and happiness were his top priority. The entire Banfield staff was equally wonderful—friendly, caring, and always welcoming. They made Birdie feel comfortable and loved during every visit, and that meant the world to me. As pet owners, I trust our veterinarians with members of our family, and I never once questioned that Birdie was receiving the very best care. Thanks to Dr. White and the amazing team at Banfield, I always had peace of mind knowing she was in compassionate and capable hands. Thank you, Dr. White, for your dedication, your empathy, and for treating Birdie with so much love and respect. I will always be grateful for everything you did for her. I wholeheartedly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
