- SSSam3 days ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful I am to Dr. White and the entire team at Banfield Pet Hospital for the incredible care they gave my sweet dog, Birdie. From the very beginning, Dr. White treated Birdie as if she were his own. His kindness, compassion, and genuine concern made such a difficult time so much easier to get through. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and never made me feel rushed. It was obvious that Birdie's health and happiness were his top priority. The entire Banfield staff was equally wonderful—friendly, caring, and always welcoming. They made Birdie feel comfortable and loved during every visit, and that meant the world to me. As pet owners, I trust our veterinarians with members of our family, and I never once questioned that Birdie was receiving the very best care. Thanks to Dr. White and the amazing team at Banfield, I always had peace of mind knowing she was in compassionate and capable hands. Thank you, Dr. White, for your dedication, your empathy, and for treating Birdie with so much love and respect. I will always be grateful for everything you did for her. They confirmed he wasnt blocked or UTI but didnt offer him any relief for his FIC/inflammation. I think this places is better suited for more typical issues like vaccines. The weekend hours and boarding stay were a grear feature.

This is a recurring issue, and the reason I will be cancelling my membership. Extremely inaccessible, and terrible service. Not worth what you pay.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
