DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM, ESPECIALLY NOT TO DR. WOLF. My dog was 9 yrs old and has never had any serious health problems just allergies. I had a yearly check up appointment for 8/10/26, my dog woke up not feeling well, I thought it was an abscess in his mouth from a foreign object (we have had that happen a couple times and the symptoms were similar). I literally thought to myself “thank god I already have a vet appointment, that’s the best place to be when your dog is sick.” We get to the vet and on the car ride there my dog had developed new symptoms. We get him into the doctors and they are insisting that he must have gotten into cannabis or something, I told them multiple times that there was no possible way he could’ve gotten into anything (they also did a full exam and said he was perfectly healthy, pink gums, soft belly). Instead of listening to me then insisted that was the problem. We did blood work which showed he was dehydrated and anemic. They decided the best they could do was giving him fluids, an anti-nausea shot, and some antibiotics. Before i left Dr. Wolf told me “he should be feeling better by tomorrow or in about a week from now”. I left the vets office just after 12:30pm, we got home by 1:30pm and my dog was limp, unresponsive, grey gums, and belly distended. We rushed him to our local vet, he crashed when we got there. They resuscitated him but couldn’t save him because he had internal bleeding. I called Lincoln to let them know what was going on, the offered no help other than to send his records over to the vet. They sent me multiple text messages about my dog AFTER I informed them MORE THAN ONCE that my dog died. The mistreatment, unprofessionalism, and neglect that happen was unreal. I lost my dog because you guys are either too dumb the put two and two together, you come up with a diagnosis and then don’t want to hear why they could be wrong, or you cared about lunch more than my dog. All I can say is DO NOT GO TO THIS VET THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PETS. After this happened, I have done my researched and this is not the first time this has happened. They have let multiple peoples pets die, people I know personally AND people in the reviews. It also cost me $800+ for them to send me home and my dog die.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people that work here. They have patience, sincerity, and genuine care for the animals they treat. Lincoln Road Vet is "that place" where once you visit, you will be happy that you did. We had to put our furbaby to sleep and they made the process so smooth and gave us the time we needed to be with her until we were ready, and we felt like they cared just as much as we did about her. Thank you to everyone that works at this amazing office.

Lincoln Road veterinarian was one of the only places that would take our dog within a couple days. They’ve been our vet ever since for all our pets. Staff and doctors are great. Never have issues with urgent requests and standard appointments are within a couple weeks usually. Plus the facility includes a dog park, which is great. I would recommend this vet to any of our friends or family.
