  Last week I went to Lincoln for the first time, all the staff were great, I took my 10 yeard old mini aussie that I adopted 2 years ago from a hoarding case and they were amazing. So patient with Hennessey and very easy to have a discussion and ask questions to!

  This was the best veterinarian experience I have ever had! This was our first time going in and the facility itself is so beautiful and clean, and we were helped by the super friendly staff right away. They were understanding and very helpful coming in and leaving (even with different staff members) when I told them my girl doesn’t get along great with other dogs. When we went in the exam room, the vet tech helped us quickly, was super friendly and sweet with my pup and she genuinely cared about what was going on with her. After informing her, the veterinarian came in quickly and surprised me by how knowledgeable he already was about everything happening. I’ve been accustomed to having to explain things several times, but he was on top of it! He was super friendly and gentle with my pup, and completely understanding when I explained to him my financial situation and goals with treatment. He and the vet tech were very thorough and again sooo gentle despite my dog fighting them during the exam. They were so patient and kind and the veterinarian quickly brainstormed a great treatment plan for her right on the spot as he finished her physical. He offered something in alignment with my needs and also offered to give me a quote if further surgery is needed. The pricing for everything was so fair and affordable, and I felt relieved and very supported during this whole process. I will forever recommend Lincoln Road Vet to everyone!
