Banfield fails their animals and is fake and a money scammer and grabber. This is the second time they have gotten me to sign up for their money grabber Wellness Plan and their customer service didn’t update my card correctly despite me calling several times and now my account is in collections. Despite my attempts to get it fixed, they don’t care about the animal or fixing it, they care about getting you to sign up for their wellness plan and then not providing the service in the plan, just making money off you- seems like they want you to PAY FOR THE PLAN AND NOT PROVIDE SERVICE. I hope they get shut down

Really like that I can get my dog in quickly by having the option of dropping her off and picking her up later that day

Assessments have seemed entirely useless. Advice varied heavily from each visit, no consensus between staff. Reportedly my mother was told that having all of her dog's teeth pulled would be a good idea and then a few months later was told that would be a terrible idea (because it was) when bringing it up again. Asked for nutrition advice on how much I should feed my overweight cat and never got any answer aside from "follow the instructions on the back of the food, but not all food" and when I asked about what procedure would I need to follow when feeding wet food and dry food, I was pretty much told to wing it. Something that is a terrible thing to say to the average pet owner who doesn't know anything. For those wondering, find out the healthy amount of calories for your cat's weight goal and do the math for the dry and wet food you're feeding. Who told me this? Nobody, I went and figured this out after asking for advice from this useless office for quite a while and never got any. Even was told we were going to schedule with a nutritionist multiple times and that never happened either. I almost feel stupid because I could've easily figured it out myself back then too. To top it off, they didn't notice an abscess that was causing my cat to be very miserable, and said he was perfectly healthy. I was told to give him 100mg of gabapentin every day because "he just must be stressed out!" He was not. A real vet noticed the actual problem. Don't waste your time or money.

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and everyone is always so friendly and gentle with him. I’m so grateful for the thoughtful care he gets there.

We changed to Banfield Veterinary services for our furry child Buddy. The entire staff and the veterinarian absolutely awesome. We are so glad that we changed vets.
