The register was not open and she wanted me to wait- basically telling me it was my fault the appointment didn’t take an hour. I could not call and pay later. Do Not book morning appointments if you have other places to be. Again the VET care was great and quick service and alternative.

He takes the time to connect with her and help her feel comfortable and I really appreciate that. It can be tough to bring her to the vet since it’s so stressful on her. Jeff deserves all the gold stars!
