    Groomer did not listen to our requests for our dogs hair cut and was more concerned with getting him to trust her during drop off than taking notes when she asked what kind of cut we wanted. We gave very detailed instructions including pointing to the longest trim setting they have on their board of options, asked to shape up his face (keep it round), leave his ear length as-is, and focus on trimming/shaping his paws. He is a well maintained Havanese with little to no matting and what we picked up was a shaved Havanese with a squared off face. On top of all of that, we paid for the seasonal bundle add-on and didn’t realize till we got home that he didn’t get the fragrance mist applied or the bandana. It’s been hit and miss on the quality of haircut our dog gets at Petco. We will likely be going elsewhere after this experience.

    i’ve been to this location twice this last week and everyone just seems to hate their life for a poor customer service girl with rainbow, orange yellow hair extremely rude

    Tatiana did wonderfully with our Fergus. He was kind of a stinker, but she was very good with him. He was very well groomed and we will always come back.
