- JFJ Fairbanks3 days ago5.0Was greeted with a smile and welcome from cashier. Got help right away with what I needed. Browsed and picked other things. Overall, great knowledgeable people working there. I usually shop at another store.
- AFAlyssa FilanOct 3, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a customer at this location for 12 years. I have adopted pets here with my husband. They're consistently out of bugs for lizards. If they're not out half of the bugs are dead in the containers. Staff has become rude and unwilling to help when asked questions. I have found a better source for bugs for my bearded dragon, and for food for my fish, dogs and cats.
- LFLee FoxxSep 17, 20265.0They always have everything I need! Everything supplement wise, every thing you need to help with fleas, bath and fur necessities. Their in-store pets always seem so happy, active, and well taken care of. The employees are always helpful and very knowledgable, team petco every time.

- JBJustine BSep 5, 20261.0Lost a customer. Go every month and show the pets RXs for food. Never had issue, today the girl needed an override called leader the leader was rude telling me she would do it this once as it needs a barcode and that next time I have to go to their vet in their store to get the barcode and new RX, um excuse me that’s not my vet, I have the RX. Then made me carry 100lbs of food out as they wouldn’t let me take basket. Just no.
