  i made an appointment to get my dog washed and hair cut and took him in to his appointment at 1:45 and they said it would be 3 hours , they ended up calling me around 2:30 and i was on the phone with them and they let me know they washed my dogs hair and are drying it now but that i needed to go get him because he’s freaking out in the kennel and they have other dogs to attend to , which i understand but if my dog had an appointment to get hair cut and washed at 1:45 id expect him to at least be cutting his hair by 2:30 not attending other dogs ..but they said they needed to do other dogs and won’t have the time for him anymore which doesn’t make any sense bc they said it would be 3 hours originally, yes he was being anxious but its bc he was in a kennel where he doesn’t know in room by himself ..when he should of been getting his hair cut at that time so they made me reschedule a vip appointment that way my dog is the only one in there ,they didn’t inform me on the website that they are doing multiple dogs at a time and aren’t focusing just on ur dog , they wash dogs put them in kennel and wash other dogs and then maybe they’ll get his hair cut im not sure bc they didn’t even get to cut his hair and was trying to charge me $85 just for the wash when it says the wash is $40 ,i spoke with them about that and fixed that issue but was a very bad first impression i will not be going back for another appointment., so keep in mind when you take ur dog , and when i was talking to the girl saying i don’t understand why they can’t just cut his hair now sense they already washed and dried his hair they said no bc he’s being anxious and they have other dogs to do but , and when i got there there was only 1 other dog in there and the lady was just petting my dog right there on the floor when she could’ve of been cutting his hair .. and she didn’t even talk to me just handed me my dog and told me to pay at the register and walked away , most definitely because she didn’t want to deal with me i had to leave work 2 times to drop him off and to pick him up earlier then what i was supposed to and didn’t even get my full service now i have to schedule another appointment with them just for the hair cut.. and i have to go bc its the soonest place that has availability and all i really wanted was his hair cut and they only washed , just very bad experience

  Groomer Hailey did an amazing job with my dog! She was very attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure my pup felt comfortable throughout the entire grooming experience. Professional, genuine, and clearly cares about the animals she works with. Highly recommend!

  It was a pretty good job , I’ve had to cut and even out some spots but not a big deal . My dog was happy 💜and the groomer was very kind . We will be back

  Daniel was awesome! I have the most outstanding groomer in Corvallis and I have never taken Lucky to anyone who has even come close to her level of amazing...until Daniel. I am also freaked out about leaving my sweetheart with strangers - Daniel was kind, loving, gentle (all of the things that put me at ease). Aside from being super accommodating with my time requests, he did an amazing job. The only two things that I would request (and I didn't request this, so that's on me): shave his paws/digits more thoroughly and remove the excess hair from his ears. Otherwise, perfection. Thank you, Daniel!!!
