I was taken to an exam room right away and there was no wait for the vet tech to do the intake or for the vet to see my cat, Ella. She did a very thorough exam, answered all of my questions, gave me options for my pets care and was sincere about my concerns. I am thankful I signed up for Vetco Total Care!
