  Asked for the restroom code, since Im 6 months pregnant, and apparently its not for customer use. Not even for a pregnant woman? Thanks! Put my items down and will shop elsewhere.

  Excellent aquarium staff (shout out for Eli - she's remarkable ☆☆☆☆☆) knowledgeable regarding adjusting levels of pH, acidity, Nitrates, Nitrites and water hardness. Especially regarding freshwater vs saltwater, tank volume and what fish population you have. Eli saved me from making a mistake that would have devastated my new hybrid freshwater Blue Velvet Shrimp (Neocaridina davidi) mixed with Midnight Blue" shrimp (a color variation of Neocaridina davidi).

  I just wanna give this low score towards corporate how sad your store looks beautiful stocked and your cashier. Joshua was amazing. Sad part is there was six people waiting in line and I asked If there was backup and you could tell he was hesitant on what to say and he says right now I’m the only one in here. I’m so sorry and sorry for the way. He was so polite and amazing but it just breaks my heart and there’s only one cashier in your whole entire store. I watched him stop ringing people up to run to get crickets. He was running back-and-forth. He deserves a raise, and why as Petco is such a large company. Now I have more than one employee on the floor at a time what if I have questions what if other customers have questions I had a question and he turned around to help me and then the next thing you know there’s six people in line like that’s horrible. Come on Petco you can do better you want more customers in your stores then have cashiers have employees.

  1 star for not allowing customers to use the restroom. Petsmart is much kinder in this regard, so I will be traveling the extra 3 miles to a store that will treat me like a customer and not a criminal. I sincerely doubt anyone cares about my complaint, as Petco is a huge corporation with plenty of customers, but it was so frustrating today to try and make a stop here after my 45 minute commute. My next stop was another 25 minutes away. If you aren’t going directly home after shopping, and you have a basic human need, too bad, they do not care.. Purely out of principle I will be canceling repeat delivery and moving all my orders to Petsmart and Chewy. Aka your competitors. Again, not that I expect anyone to care, or even read this review. 10 years ago, there was a restroom and they did not even have a lock on it. Lock/key code is fine and to be expected, but denying your customers access entirely is off-putting to say the least. Customer service is fine. My issue is with this policy.
