  Had a good experience with the vaccination clinic for puppy shots. The staff were all super nice and we felt welcome.

  Petco has been great on grooming but today it's going on 5 hours now. My appointment was at 10 am this morning and I'm still waiting

  Very poor customer serice at the Albany Petco. Usually there are not enough employees to serve the customers. But what’s worse than that is the poor attitude of many of the staff. They are grumpy and appear to be either overworked or just plain rude. Yesterday I came into the store to purchase a few fish. There was a young man helping a customer oiver by the reptile area. I waited patiently while he finished up with her. I was standing right in front of him. He clearing was able to see me. When he was finished helping her, I spoke up and said, “Excuse me, could I….” He turned and walked away and headed to the back room. I then started to approach the cash register to ask for help and a lady that was much older walked in front of me as I started to ask her for help. She looked right at me, paused, and then walked away. Finally, I asked the cash register operator for help in aquatics, she was nice and called for help. At that point I went over to the fish area and yet another lady came and helped me. She was very nice but very worn out. She thanked me for my patience and said, “It’s been a day”. This is the type of customer service I receive almost every time I come to the Albany store. I haven’t said anything about this in the past but now I’m fed up. I will not return. I will take my business to the Corvallis store where they are always very helpful and kind. This never happens there.

  I do not like your new points program. The person at the register said you need 5000 points of Petco products to get anything. We spend a lot of money often as we have two dogs and buy more more premium food so we were able to get a five dollar offer reward about every other time. And I finally learned how to load it. I am elderly and it takes me a while to figure this stuff out. And I hate trying to figure out something new so I’m not very happy with this

  They never have what I need for my bearded dragon and the customer service sucks too and most of the time their is just one cashier when their should be 2 cashier and it would help if some of the people see that their is a line they should step in and help instead of walking off or pretending they are doing something. So that is why most times I go to pets mart in Corvallis to get what I need at times.
