- AIAdrian IbarraJun 28, 20261.0Honestly, it was a really bad and frustrating experience. To start with, it took 20 days to get the appointment. Once we were there, you could feel the tension the moment she saw we were Hispanic. After taking down all our dog's details, she came out, touched her briefly, and said she couldn't cut her fur because the dog would move around too much. She told us we should take her somewhere else—that she wouldn't do it. You’d think a large facility like this would be prepared for this kind of pet behavior, but anyway... they really ought to mention that when you book the appointment so you don't waste your time or wonder if the real issue was the dog or racism because we're Hispanic. In short, I highly do not recommend booking a grooming appointment here... for now, my furry friend will have to stay the way she is for another day...
