- VVV vAug 21, 20261.0Should get rid of that pet tag Fido machine. Put in same one petsmart has or just a smart machine period. Wasted my gas multiple times trying to get our tag engraved. And then it doesn’t read it. And you can’t even turn around and return the defective tag for the defective machine to get a different tag and try that one because it decides it’s out of order after one unable to read. Then when it says out of order nobody wants to get it fixed same day or reset by unplugging. It’s already messed up what more would occur? We really liked the tag but no point having cute tag if the machine can’t process or recognize over half their product that needs to be engraved!!!! Why keep this machine?!? Waste of time and money.
