I am immensely grateful that they comprehended the challenges I faced in caring for my cherished companion. At times, I experienced frustration not because of their actions, but rather due to the condition of my little one. However, the professionalism, kindness, and support of everyone present were unwavering. Sadly, my little girl passed away, and it shattered my heart. Nevertheless, the staff provided unwavering comfort and support, making me feel as though I was embarking on this journey with them. I cherish the memories we shared and am deeply appreciative of the wonderful care they extended to my beloved pet. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking the utmost quality pet care. I took her to the Banfield Pet Hospital for care after receiving an appointment the very day I called. The vet doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable. She provided detailed information regarding allergies and bacterial infections that can occur during an allergic event. The recommended treatment did the job and my little girl is back to playing and sleeping all night instead of scratching, bitting and feeling miserable. I really liked the vet tech and front desk receptionist as well. Both were so nice and helpful and VERY good to my little girl! Check out the Wellness Programs available, the cost savings is unbelievable. The clinic hours and location is super convenient, better than most vet clinics. I'm very happy with the high standard of care and treatment we received from Banfield Pet Hospital and would recommend them to anyone.

I beg pet owners to use an independent vet and not one that just wants to tag on expensive tests on top of a useless pet plan. Unfortunately I learned the hard way for me and my pet but I hope this will help others and their pets get better treatment somewhere else.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
