  If you want a place that cares for your pets and prioritizes them This is the place!! From the front desk to all the staff, you can truly tell they are genuine!! They fit in my two doggies last minute and took good care of them. I received a personal phone call from the vet who explained every detail of their care and discussed options available. So grateful to have found my new vet home !

  C/Front desk staff was rude during my initial call to set a first time appointment. I kept the appt despite this in suggestion of a friend that goes to this clinic. Upon arrival C was rude again. At one point she says I am handling multiple things right now sweetie. so sat and waited. While my animal is yelling from a crate she tells me they do not take pet insurance ( I am to submit the claim for services) another lady walks up to speak, C says I got this.. What the hell just happened? WHAT do you got? I am the one with a very upset and traumatized animal and you got what C? Telling me off? I call back once home to ask that before someone brings an already traumatized animal to them to please disclose the insurance information, she replys i will put it in a suggestion box. Hold on what.. I just brought my cat to you to take care of and C you did nothing but prove that I should not allow your facilities to care for my rescued pets. *edit looks like this is a reoccurring issue with the front desk staff.

  Dr. Rowling was very knowledgeable and attentive. She really cares about her patients and takes the extra time and attention to detail. So much better than the large corporate vet operation we were going to.

  I take all my pets here. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Why is no one answering the phones, I have always came here. Have a sick cat and no one is answering you open at 7:30 that should mean the phones are getting answered. This is crap!
