- AMAbby MiddletonJun 8, 20265.0I've been taking my pets here for a few years and they are so wonderful. My sweet cat passed a few weeks ago and they have been unbelievably kind and caring. It was truly one of the hardest things I have ever been through and they were so supportive. I just received a card signed by the entire staff with Luna's paw prints stamped on a piece of paper. Made me cry pretty hard but was also so so thoughtful.
- JJJLCJun 6, 20262.0I picked up my dog Astro’s medications (Simplicef and Prednisone for a hot spot and allergies) and vet assistant Sidney (not sure of correct spelling, badge was not visible) handed them over with zero explanation and told me the directions were on the bottle. When I went back in and asked for a written summary of his visit, she asked if I wanted a receipt. I had to make a second trip in just to get a basic explanation of my dog’s condition. Client communication is not optional in veterinary medicine, it is a necessary part of patient care. Pet owners should leave every appointment understanding their animal’s diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Stallbauries was helpful and thorough once I was able to speak with her directly, but the experience with Sidney was dismissive and unprofessional.

You can tell they both love their job and made a point to help me with any financial questions and any care questions I had. I've been going to Banfield for 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough!
- MSMychaelyn StanartMay 3, 20265.0It's not insurance and the multi-pet discount could be better, but paying monthly for a year worth of care & shots, plus discounts on other services, make giving my dogs their top notch pet care doable. I have been very happy with Dr Kondos & her co- workers for over 14 years. I would warn you that if your pet passes away, they still demand you pay out your contract. I do have some sour grapes about that but the bad taste is with the corporate people, NOT THE WORKING VETRINARIANS.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
