- HCHeather CookAug 6, 20265.0I dropped Noel off for her teeth cleaning appointment and asked if they could give her a thorough exam since she is about to turn 10. They offered an ultrasound, which ultimately detected a large mass in her spleen. They recommended removal since Noel was already sedated. They removed a 4.5 lb mass and, ultimately, saved her life! So very grateful for Dr T and the staff who cared for my Noel. A+ service!
- MBMarilyn BeenAug 5, 20261.0The vet was informative however the wrong dosage of medication was given. When we discovered this error, we returned to the clinic and the staff acknowledged the mistake was made as they listed the wrong weight of our dog. They would not administer the proper medication unless we would pay for the medication again (no refunds). They suggested we split the 100 mg pills in order to give 37.5 mg twice a day which is a very poor, inaccurate, and possibly dangerous manner to give to our dog. Please be very mindful that the proper dosage and medication for your pet is given as their remedy for errors may be dangerous.

We’ve been at the Owasso location for 8yrs with her, but had an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE and unsolicited experience with Dr. Lemmon’s last year. Unfortunately, we’re still learning to trust this location and other staff afterwards. I choose this location for scheduled visits due to our wellness plan, but I’m bypassing it an emergency. If we can’t see Dr. Green, we just as well not see anyone there. ** If it matters and you’ve chosen a particular Dr. during scheduling, make sure that hasn’t changed the day of a procedure. Ask before dropping them off!! We could have avoided a very terrible experience and broken trust had we been told and just rescheduled who WE trusted and asked for initially by name. Our issues have been addressed and resolved as much as possible. I’ll end by saying that if Dr. Green left- we’d follow. Trust would prevail over having a wellness plan and convenient location

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
