  Dr. Dale is absolutely wonderful! Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming! I chose this veterinarian because the reviews were so wonderful and after visiting last week I am beyond blessed that I found this place!

  Not going back! Made an apt online, that was easy and I thought it was a great start. They weren't ready when I came on time to my appointment, they said they'd call when they'd have a room available. This being my first time there, I assumed I had time run to the store, sense my girl gets anxious around strangers, I wanted to get something to calm her anxiety and update her collar she became a little escape artist in the parking lot, but otherwise when exposed to new people I did mention that to them. anyhow, they called me about 20 mins later, it took me around 15 mins to return from the store, they took us to the back room to wait 30 min, only to say they have to reschedule the appointment. The vet was kind, but I cannot stand for anyone to play with my time. I Wouldn't recommend this place because it feels dishonest to manipulate and play with peoples time. Should have just asked me to reschedule upon my arrival, but to prescribed trazadone for my dog, I was more nervous than she was, so that was an oversight. She was actually behaving. I think they prescribed meds to justify my visit and being called to a room. You simply could say I really need to schedule your visit but instead they wasted my time. too many professionals nearby that value their customers time, and don't assume the animal needs to be chemically restrained without truly interacting with the animal. I was trying to get immunizations for her, I simply don't trust these people to not just be doing extra services just to run up fees. I did not feel welcomed until the vet came in, as I said she was nice, the rest of the staff could benefit from training on how to connect with their clients/patients and their families and help them feel wanted and welcomed Not the vibe there, I hope they lose business because it's the public that keep your business flowing and should always feel taken care of especially when they keep the lights on, in that place. Went to another vet down the street got right in, very understanding and extremely interactive with my fur baby, I was much calmer. I appreciate the people that appreciated us, I will be giving them a glowing review. Good, honest, help is a rarity these days. If your reading this, I took the time to connect with you because I truly want the best experience for you and your fur baby so Good luck to you and your family!!! support the good ones because they are a needle in a hay stack! Maybe it's because this is a hospital that they lack that personal warmth and welcoming touch and respect for others time. I'm not sure but I plan to recommend only the best. I wouldn't go back and bless anyone else showing up there I hope your treated better.

  Te ofrecen un servicio de 25 dólares para un examen de inicio pero que regreses para que hagan exámenes de sangre o lo que llegue a necesitar tu mascota y es demasiado caro, no mejoro y nos mandaron a otra de 24 horas pero de todos modos murió nuestra pequeña mascota 😭😭

  I've been searching for a new vet for my dog who has a chronic illness... The staff in it's entirety is so friendly and the level of care that my dog received was top tier.. I'm happy to say we found our new vet!

  I have found my forever vet, Dr Katie Kughn. She was wonderful with Maice my Golden retriever puppy, along with Casey and staff. She far exceeded my expectations giving Maice the utmost quality care and providing me with valuable knowledge during appointment and online. I appreciate her listening to my needs with our older Aussie who is declining and needs vet care. We will be taking my other 2 dogs to also establish care. They are the best!! Highly recommend!!
