Charged grooming & nail even though not completed. Then picked him up and was informed another dog had fleas. Now my dog has flea and I have to call an exterminator for my house! I want a phone number for a District Manager or Corporate Office!

- SRSamantha RobinsonJul 28, 20261.0I had to walk all over the store after about 5 minutes of waiting at the register for a pick up order and no one being available before I found a worker that said someone should be coming up there soon. Went back to the register and waited again for another 5 minutes. Someone finally came up there and there was no sorry you had to wait or hello or anything just a no care attitude and an "are you here for a pickup order." I don't think it's our job to have to walk around the whole store to find an employee to get you your pick up orders or find someone to check you out.
