    Absolutely rubbish. Once I went the nurse took my kitten and started writing down the concerns. We went for an overall wellness check up. Then she said she will take it to the vet. And just after 5 minute the vet came with the kitten and said exam is complete! What kind of checkup is complete in 5 minutes? Then I told the vet I have a video and I am going to show her. And as I was scrolling to find the video like for 1 minutes the vet was like you know what I am gonna go and you show it to nurse when you find it. Like what rush is the Vet in that she doesn’t afford the time to listen to patients for 5 minutes. Mind you the Vetco was empty not like there was any other patient. A doctor who doesn’t listen to the patient concerns is dangerous. Then I found the video and the doctor told us to bring chest xray(which I am going to from another clinic after this experience). And then the vet left, even though I went for a complete checkup she didn’t tell us anything about my kitten’s weight or teeth. Then the nurse came in and I had specifically ask about then she answered and she was still clueless about the cats teeth (because guess what the vet didn’t care to check). But anyways the nurse was still way better than the doctor. The vet was in a rush to just leave. I don’t know if they normally act like this or they were negligent to us as we had free coupon for first checkups. But whatever it is a doctor should genuinely care about patients not money.

    The manager named Queen was unprofessional. She would not take a message to the Vet Doc to call me stating she was the office manager and was not going to leave her a message because the vet Doc was busy. There is nothing wrong with taking a name and phone number to have the Vet Doc call me when she has some free time. I think this Queen needs to find another job elsewhere then at Vetco as clearly she doesn’t know how to take a message.

    We were given the devastating news that our 14year old dog has cancer. They delivered the news gently and with kind hearts. I've always been so greatful with the way they handle my sweet girl with such gentle love and care.
