- THTaylor Humberd2 days ago2.0Honestly will probably be finding another vet soon. I have not had many pleasant visits at this location. Front desk staff is not friendly, lacking in good customer service. I called today to get the status of a prescription authorization, received the VM. I did a quick google search on the store to see that it is temporarily closed.... that would have been nice to have been told. I called the main store and they had no advice to give me, said they dont know how long its going to be closed and to take my dog to the animal hospital.. Not why I was calling, but ok. I called the Edmond location to try to get some help and was told Norman Vetco will be closed for over a month due to mold issue. Luckily, the Edmond location was able to help me and be assisting, but am a little frustrated to not have been notified our vet will be moving to Edmond temporarily and that the clinic was closed.
- DKDominique KreftAug 7, 20261.0All I needed was a rabies vaccination. Never had an issue before. All of a sudden they want to muzzle and sedate my dog… Left without a rabies vaccination. Went to Spay Xperts and got it done SOOO much smoother and much cheaper for a more positive and professional experience. No signs of aggression or anything. I’m not sure what they’re doing when they take the dogs out to a different room, but will NEVER be going back to Vetco after all these years.
- ESElla SmithJul 29, 20265.0Yall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Cayln and Dr. Brown were so incredibly kind, supportive, and gentle with my kitty. They worked with me to get her the care she needed, but with what was still in my budget. They even trimmed her nails while she was under anesthesia. They made a very difficult day, much easier.
- DGD GJul 23, 20261.0I went to this clinic and was greeted with the rudest and most hate filled manager I won't take my pets here ever again if she is that hateful to me what are they doing to our pets where we cannot see I can't trust not reccomend. Would have given 0 stars but that's not allowed.
