- CPCasey PenceJun 6, 20261.0I’ve never had a Bad experience with Petco until today when Heather, the manager proceeded to treat my husband and I like idiots in the middle of the store. She showed extremely bad customer service and had a horrible attitude. This was with in less than a 2 minute conversation with her. I don’t care how bad a day you might be having that was no way to talk to anyone. I just hope the general will do something with her since she is supposed to be a manager. The level of unprofessionalism show by heather was astounding. Luckily the general manager was very nice and respectful.
