  I want to express how disappointed I am with the lack of professionalism from Petco’s grooming team. The customer service, communication, and overall handling of the situation were far below what I would expect from a company like Petco. When a customer trusts a professional grooming team with their pet, they expect responsibility, clear communication, punctuality, and most importantly, proper care and respect for both the pet and the owner. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards at all. I hope Petco takes situations like this seriously, reviews how its grooming team is operating, and improves both staff training and customer service. Pets are part of the family, and they deserve to be treated with care, respect, and professionalism.

  Went in twice for a pet grooming first time they didn’t have me scheduled after I called in and made an appointment, then they rescheduled me and the groomer called in sick, then I went back in and they said the appointment wasn’t scheduled for that day, then got a call saying the groomer has left early so 4 appointments have been canceled and rescheduled absolute terrible scheduling and planning
