- JSJackson Sarangoulis2 days ago5.0Absolutely love this clinic. Always reminding me of appointment, explain what they'll be doing, recommend a better and cheaper medication. They also will answer pet concern questions. Like yesterday we thought our dog ate a head phone and I called asking what to do and it helped alot (we found the headphone under the fridge so she didnt eat it). Also my dog LOVES coming here. Everyone is super nice.

They're overpriced, charges for return visits, nearly cost my dog her life prescribing a medication that is known to have bad side effects in small breeds. Thank goodness for Neel for saving her! The staff here aren't at fault. They were nice, seemed to love animals as they should. Got her bladder stone out successfully. It's the corporate nature of Banfield that makes them so bad. One of the leads was nice enough to not charge us when I brought her in after the Rimadyl they prescribed started causing the horrific side effects and sent us to Neel. Take your pet to a LOCAL vet if you can. Banfield cares about money, not for pets and pet owners.

- CBCharity BakerMay 6, 20261.0So the person in the front was kinda rude and pluse my dog got worse after i brought her here they didn't do anything but a fecies test and that was it then gave her medicine and sent her home. Which she had gotten worse . I wouldn't recommend this unless your didnt care about the dog.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
