I am beyond pleased with the overall price and results achieved for our incredibly amazing, and intensly companions, which are ultimately our beloved family members. Our groomer was very gentle, yet didn't take the shenanigans that I know my dogs are capable of, and in the end presented a truly wonderful result, in keeping with my intended desires and wishes... I am thoroughly impressed, and very pleased with how caring, loving and professional everyone has been throughout my exchange with these notably distinguished professionals. And I am assuredly grateful for their time, caring nature, and how much comfort I felt in leaving our family, our pets in their care... No one can explain why, except “that’s how it’s done”. I had to spend half an hour waiting to speak with 3 different people before someone went and took off the extra charge which they could not explain. I suspect that’s how they tip themselves (?) Beware. Very dishonest for an allegedly reputable company.
