  Great staff, they actually care about animals. I trust them with my dog. Services received, grooming to include wash, nails, and vaccinations. They don’t charge a visit fee for vaccinations only for vaccines that were received. Staff are very knowledgeable on which vaccinations are needed for you to travel with your animal.

  Ive been going to this location for crickets for my reptiles for years and have never had a bad experience until today. Since Ive been coming here for so long im aware that 99.9% of the time the crickets are delivered Friday mornings unless theres a holiday or really bad weather (which im always understanding about. Not their fault.) There was a lady stocking the reptile frozen items and I politely asked her if they had the crickets delivered as it was already noon and I didnt see any on the shelf. Instead of telling me it'll be a few minutes or offer to help bag a few from the buckets she immediately says, "i dont know. Couldn't help you." And continues to sit on the floor stocking the frozen foods. I went ahead and walked through the rest of the isle and not even 5 feet away (on top of the turtles) were blatantly all the crickets that she was set to stock. Now I know what the delivery boxes of crickets look like and im sure she did too but decides to just try to shut us down as she seemed to be upset about something, (we as customers aren't aware about your trials and tribulations but frankly that doesnt matter as your job is customer service. Also im literally just trying to feed my pets.) So at this point I see the crickets and see shes obviously not interested in helping and tried to grab a few of those prepacked ones on top of the turtle tank and she stops me to say they weren't accepted so I couldn't take them. Well at first you say you dont know where the crickets are or how to help and now you're aware of what's in the box enough to tell me I cant have the crickets? I had a really nice man help me grab the bags of crickets since she was obviously completely unwilling to help and have completely made us feel unwelcome. He was very nice and professional. As he's helping us grab the crickets the same lady starts throwing her boxes from the cricket area to the fishtanks instead of just walking back and forth. Now I took my 9 year old sister with us and she was less than 5 feet from where this woman is angrily throwing her boxes. Obviously the nice man helping us sees shes throwing a fit of sorts and goes "hey.." as to get her to calm down. Not only that but as a pet store, shouldn't you know pelting a box at a fish tank might startle the fish? Now I get having a bad day but leave it at the door. I have done nothing to deserve the attitude and if you're throwing so much of a fit at your grown age that your coworker has to say something to you so you stop acting a fool maybe customer service is not for you.

  Amanda, Trista, Bailey, and Jamilla are so amazing. I go back just because of these ladies!!!! (Petrie and Ducky love them too!)
