  Elisha was the best store lead I have met. She went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and on budget. She even reassured me through a panic attack, pulling out her phone to calculate the total to help us stay within our means, while still getting all the essentials needed to care for our new feathered friends. She was gentle, pleasant, and upbeat. She made our visit the most remarkable adventure in a pet store ever. Two thumbs way up!

  Petco consistently provides my beloved pets, which are more than just pets, but greater a wonderful addition to our home and family. They are our companions, family, protectors and blessings received indeed!   Fish tanks are moldy and not being cleaned. broken tanks leaking and dead fish under the tanks. there's even a gold fish that I seen and he is nothing but bruises. Hes basically black and white when he is orange and white. They need to be shut down.

  very friendly staff. there's a couple ladies that work there, it appears they don't want to be bothered but without the customers they wouldn't have a job. maybe they can smile a little more.

  The only lady that was working in there cuz everybody else called in or called out was very very polite and very helpful and very nice in spite of the fact that she was the only one working the entire store including for gaming unloading freight and the cash registers I think everybody else on Easter that wasn't there that called out should at least get ridden up for leaving her like that by herself but I think she should get a raise because he was left completely by yourself to work on Easter and still did that good I think she could get a raise thank you
