- RSRebecca Simmons5 days ago1.0I am a perks member and have taken my dogs to the grooming dept for many many years. I took my two mini pups and one adult dog to get groomed and within that grooming package, it included their nails getting done. I was ok with pampering them with a whole day of being loved on by petco, however when I went to pick them up, there was an additional 40 dollar charge for their nails being done. Eezey always gets his buffed due to them being sooooo thick, per a petco employee. As buffing and clipping are the same cost. And with Bella, her nails are black so you can’t see her pink meat and I suggested buffing hers instead of clipping due to being cut/clipped too short and making her bleed, which petco employees have done in the past with previous pets. So I stick with buffing to prevent that. No one told me there’d be an extra charge. Didn’t mention nothing!! I get there and am expecting to pay $120, and the bill is 150+. I was irate! Like wth is this??? I’m so very unhappy!! And they didn’t smell like they had just been bathed and spritzed either. What did I pay all that money for??? Babysitting??

- MTMebin TMSep 4, 20261.0Just dissapointed with setting up my first appointment. They just decided to reschedule it to an earlier time without my consent. Starting with negative experience. Will never be going there.
