- ETE T1 day ago1.0I took my pet here because they had open availability and were close and convenient, but the experience has been very frustrating. I was told one thing during the appointment, but every time I call for updates, I get different answers from different people. I keep being told to wait for the vet who saw my pet to review messages, while I’m left chasing down a solution for my animal. The communication and follow-through have been very disappointing. I would recommend looking elsewhere for care.

My dog does not like other people and he seems to never have a problem here. Not to mention it doesn't cost me all my arms, legs, and a first born child just to have him seen. I pay a very small monthly fee and it takes care of all of his visits for the year. Appointments are very easy to get and being open on the weekends makes that so helpful.

The clinic failed to file the certificate on time, which forced me to reschedule my flight. When I rebooked, the certificate still hadn’t been completed, causing me to miss a second flight as well. I ended up having to rebook everything again and lost money on a non-refundable hotel. I reached out to the clinic requesting a refund for the health certificate, given the situation. I was told the office manager would contact me, but I never received a call. After following up multiple times with no response, I eventually gave up. Since I need a new health certificate every 2–3 months for travel, I had to look for another vet in the area and I won’t be returning here. This could have been handled very differently, but unfortunately it wasn’t.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
