  I have had so many amazing experiences with this Petco, I am afraid I would bore all those looking for advice! The highlights of coming to this locale are: 1.) I have always felt the grooming staff has the utmost care for my fur baby, starting as an 8 week old puppy, who had just licked all my earring off; they immediately contacted me to make sure he got vet care! 2.) They are completely patient and compassionate with over anxious pet moms like myself! 3.) From my personal viewpoint, if ever a problem does happen to arise, they do everything to make it right. This is true, even if it is not through any fault of the staff! Now, I’d also like to say personal thanks; to Maria, who had the joy of also grooming our last Shih Tzu, Gizmo, who moved on to the happy doggy lands back in 2022. You were amazing with him! And thank for understanding that although Loki is also a Shih Tzu, he is a completely different beastie, and for being super patient and sweet to him. He HONESTLY KNOWS when I say we are going to see Maria, he’s going to have a super time! This brings me to a couple newer awesome ladies: Peyton and Isabella! Thank you girls for making Loki feel like a king, despite his bossy attitude! To those still reading this, the kindness I feel every time I bring Loki in is a rarity in today’s society, and is a treasure!! Finally, apart from the grooming department, the rest of the staff at this location are jewels to be treasured! They are consistently kind to me, despite being super busy! Thanks all! Jenny-you are the greatest at all you do! In conclusion—you should most definitely use this location for your grooming, and indeed all your pet care needs!

  We had an extremely off putting experience this even while returning our parakeet who passed away this morning. When presenting the receipt and our bird in a box, the woman checked our receipt and said in a perky manner that “oh it’s from Arkansas. We don’t have dead birds here.” Meaning that we bought the bird from another store. She not once showed any empathy. I’m just grateful that the bird’s owner, my nine year old, wasn’t with us to hear this.

  We’ve used PETCO grooming for our dogs’ grooming for the past 4 years. Payton is amazing and our dogs love getting baths and haircuts through her. They always look great after.

  We love bringing our dog to this Petco! Our dog always looks and smells amazing when they are done. We have a border collie/poodle mix so his hair can be tricky. Our dog is also anxious and Payton puts him at ease. Highly recommend!
