  We have been getting our dogs groomed here for years. They have been seeing the same person all this time and always do an excellent job. Even when on occasion someone else stepped in, they always do a great job!

  My husband and I bought our daughter a snake and come to find out it had mites and would not eat. They weren't any help. We even took it back before the 30 days were up and they still wouldn't do anything to help. My daughter is heart broken. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

  Horrible store, staff is beyond rude. You would think that people who worked in a pet shop would have some knowledge of animals but not this store. Go to PETSMART they have better prices.

  We were their a couple of months back, we wanted to have our dog groomed. When we arrived it turned out our dogs rabbies vaccine expired 30 day previous. I told my wife let's go because I wanted to take her the the local animal control to get vaccinated. I walked away with my pup, and apparently the princess behind the desk was offended. We vaccinated our dog an hour later, then I called to reschedule a grooming appointment, well... the princess was so offended by my walking out she banned us from using any petco. Thats ok, I found a PETSMART that did the job for 1/2 the cost. I've always like PETSMART over petcrap, anyways. Maybe the princess behind the counter is a little to sensitive, maybe she should work in the back cleaning out the kennels.

  Able to find product easily and cashier made sure i had a harness for buckle. Other than that there was no associate interaction.
