  I had such a great experience bringing my dog in to have his nails trimmed and buffed. The ladies were incredibly sweet and treated him like family, which meant so much to me. When they were finished, they even sent him home with a little bag of treats! The ladies at the front counter were just as kind and friendly, and they gave him another treat while I was checking out. I also really appreciated that they were able to get us in for a same-day appointment, so the whole process was quick and easy. Wonderful customer service, caring staff, and such a positive experience for both me and my dog. I would definitely recommend them!

  You know I do a lot of reviews for places and I truly do hate being disappointed but today I went into PetSmart for the first time here in Ardmore and I needed some assistance getting some fish and the young man. I asked for Assistance from he looked tired like he had already had a long day it was close till closing time, So really I didn’t know what to expect as far as customer service but let me tell you about Elijah. He was extremely helpful. He didn’t show any sort of attitude about having to come help me, even though he looked tired as it was. And even sat there and laughed my stupid jokes and listen to me talk baby talk to the fish without ever being any kind of rude to make things even better he was absolutely wonderful. The whole rest of the time offering to help me with everything else. I even left my wallet at the store on accident made it halfway home and Elijah called me and let me know. Hey, we’re fixing close and you left your wallet here bless him. I am so grateful to Elijah. You’re a wonderful wonderful employee to have for PetSmart and I sure do hope that y’all continue to acknowledge his customer service and knowledge that he provided to me. Thanks for the great experience PetSmart.
