Banfield has always been able to keep me informed and up to date about my little Yorkie, BABY GIRL. They are always kind and patient with me. I appreciate being a part of Banfield, as I am a brand new dog owner. I never had pets growing up but now I'm so happy, as a kid, to have Baby Girl! Thanks Banfield!

Misdisagnosed my cat's cancer as kidney failure. Gave us false hope on the matter.
Did not take any of our concerns about his failing health seriously.
Dismissive and always seem incredibly rushed. Unwilling to properly explain or provide information.
Their care plan is predatory. We have to pay for nine more months of a plan for my cat who is no longer going to need their services.

My dog’s dental cleaning was rescheduled multiple times. First time I dropped my dogs off at 7:15 and I got a call a few hours later asking me to get her reschedule because they were out of supplies necessary for the procedure. Second time appointment was canceled due to weather (they called ahead). The third time, I arrive and was told that the vet called off.
On the fourth try we were able to get her teeth cleaned and nails trimmed. I always pay for her nail trim, and never had any issues. This time, however, the vet mentioned she forgot to add the nail trim to the invoice and told me not to worry about it. When I got to my car, I noticed bloody paw prints from one of her nails.
It’s concerning that I’ve consistently paid for nail trims and the one time I’m told I won’t be charged is when she comes home with a bleeding nail.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and has left me frustrated with the level of care and communication provided.
